Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Olamide Olatayo Bello operates Epa: Spirit of Oro-Ago. This policy describes the current local solo game. It distinguishes information stored on your device from information needed to deliver the website.

1. Game information on your device

The game stores your chosen player name, appearance, role, settings, scores, stars, completed activities, fictional story cards, outfits, square layouts, rhythms and dance routines in browser local storage. This game code does not upload those saved values to an account server or public leaderboard. Avoid using your full legal name or other identifying information as your player name.

A service worker and browser caches store game assets for faster loading and offline use after an initial online visit. The game uses browser storage for its functions; it does not include advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.

Language selection and any imported community translation pack are also stored locally. A pack may include the name supplied for its reviewer. It is not uploaded by the game; remove site storage to delete it. Downloaded translation templates remain in device downloads until removed separately.

2. Website requests and hosting logs

When you visit, your browser sends network information needed to deliver the site, including an IP address, requested resource and browser-related headers. The web server and hosting providers may record access and error logs for delivery, troubleshooting and security. This game’s source does not specify a fixed hosting-log retention period; retention depends on the operator’s and provider’s configurations. Do not interpret local-only saves as a promise that no network logs exist.

3. External fonts and private preview

The stylesheet requests DM Sans and Fraunces from Google Fonts when online; those requests disclose network information to that provider. System fonts are used when unavailable. The separately hosted private ChatGPT preview requires ChatGPT authentication and is subject to OpenAI’s own privacy terms. Your game save is still stored in that browser, rather than linked to a game cloud account by this code.

4. Backups and photographs

Exported saves and square photographs are generated on your device for download. No automatic photo upload or social posting is implemented. Save backups can contain your player name and progress. Photo mode offers player-name hiding. Sharing a downloaded file using another application is your choice and is subject to that application’s practices. The game does not request camera, microphone, contact-list or precise-location access.

5. Your controls

Reset adventure removes the active game save through the interface. You can also remove site storage and offline caches in your browser’s site settings. Previously exported files and photographs remain in your device downloads until you delete them separately. Export a backup before clearing data if you want to preserve progress. Browser settings may limit storage or external font requests, which can affect functionality.

6. Sharing, children and security

This build contains no mechanism to sell game-save data, serve personalized advertising or publish children’s profiles. There is no in-game chat or online account registration. Parents and guardians should supervise play and file sharing. Reasonable security measures and HTTPS help protect website delivery, but no system or backup is guaranteed secure.

7. Changes and requests

Accounts, cloud saves, multiplayer or data collection would require a revised policy before introduction. If you have a privacy question, you may request a private contact route through the project issue tracker. Do not post personal information there. Local game saves generally cannot be retrieved or deleted remotely by the operator; use the device controls described above. Applicable privacy rights remain available where provided by law.
