Epa: Spirit of Oro-Ago is operated by Olamide Olatayo Bello. These terms explain the permitted use of the game and website. Please read them before playing. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Current game and availability

This release provides local solo activities, character styling, rhythm and dance challenges, square decoration, and device saves. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance. Online multiplayer, public rankings, accounts, purchases and cloud saves are not available in this build.

2. Permission to play

You may access and play the game for personal, noncommercial enjoyment. You may share ordinary screenshots and gameplay recordings with accurate attribution, provided you do not imply official endorsement or expose another person’s information. Other reproduction, resale, redistribution or commercial use of protected game materials requires permission unless allowed by law or an applicable third-party license.

3. Responsible use

Do not attack the website, bypass security, impersonate another person, infringe others’ rights, or submit malicious files. Local scores are for personal enjoyment and are not verified competitive results. Do not represent edited saves as official rankings or rewards. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use and avoid entering identifying information into player names or photographs.

4. Saves and creations

Progress, outfits, layouts and routines are saved in your browser. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or storage failures may remove them. Use the export feature for a backup and keep backup files private. Locally created designs are not uploaded to a shared gallery in this release. You retain any rights you have in your own original contributions; no public-upload license is required merely to save them locally.

5. Cultural respect

Characters, decorative designs and challenges are fictional. The game is not an authoritative account of Oro-Ago’s ceremonies, history or sacred practices. Cultural custodians’ review and authorization are required before specific portrayals are presented as authentic. The game does not claim ownership of community traditions or imply endorsement by custodians.

6. Privacy and third parties

The Privacy Policy describes local storage, operational requests and external services. Hosting, font services and the private ChatGPT preview may have their own applicable terms.

7. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the game is supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or preservation of local saves. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No prizes, payments or financial returns are promised.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be published here with an updated effective date. For general project questions or permission requests, contact the operator through the project issue tracker. It is public: do not include personal information, passwords or private legal documents.
